WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

Welcome to Planet Amritsar Inc. By participating in our guided tours, bicycle tours, village tours, food tours, or any other activities offered (collectively, the "Activities"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acknowledgement of Risks By engaging in our Activities, you acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Physical injuries from falls, accidents, or collisions;

  • Unpredictable weather conditions;

  • Encounters with animals, vehicles, or hazardous environments;

  • Potential allergic reactions or illnesses from food or beverages; and

  • General risks associated with travel and outdoor activities.

Your participation is voluntary, and you choose to undertake these Activities with full knowledge of these risks.

2. Release of Liability Planet Amritsar Inc, including its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising out of or related to your participation in the Activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. By continuing, you release Planet Amritsar Inc from all claims or liabilities.

3. Assumption of Responsibility You agree to take full responsibility for your actions and any consequences arising from your participation in the Activities. This includes:

  • Adhering to all instructions, safety guidelines, and rules provided by Planet Amritsar Inc;

  • Informing us of any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions before participating;

  • Wearing appropriate clothing and safety gear, such as helmets for bicycle tours; and

  • Avoiding reckless or dangerous behavior during the Activities.

4. Medical Emergencies In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Planet Amritsar Inc to seek necessary medical treatment on your behalf. All associated costs will be your responsibility, and we assume no liability for medical decisions or actions taken during emergencies.

5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Planet Amritsar Inc and its representatives from any claims or demands made by third parties arising from your conduct during the Activities.

6. Media Consent By participating in our Activities, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. These recordings may be used by Planet Amritsar Inc for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes without additional consent or compensation.

7. Governing Law This declaration is governed by the laws of the State of Punjab, India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.

8. Agreement By participating in our Activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver and Release of Claims. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from participating in any Activities offered by Planet Amritsar Inc.
