What you'll do.

After meeting we will have a little chit chat and Introductions, then we will go on our food adventure. We will visit the Lassi shop first, where lassi has been made and served for generations. After that will come accross the hidden gems in the tight alleys of the old Amritsar. Where chefs learned cooking from thier fathers, since they were just Children. Slowly with lightning up your taste buds you will understand why they call Amritsar city of food. All this while we exchange stories about how I grew up in those alleys, tasting food and creating memories. These shops are hidden and far away from the reach of an outsider.
